SEBASTIAN BACH's Son's Band SEVERED HAND Complete First Demo Release

November 10, 2005

SEVERED HAND, the New Jersey-based power/thrash metal band featuring Paris Bierk (son of former SKID ROW singer Sebastian Bach),have released their their first full-length CD, entitled "Keep Your Wives Inside". "This material ranges back to 1999 as far as when the music was written, so it's a long time coming," stated the group's lead vocalist, Walter Figueroa. "I'll just describe the sound as ... the music, guitar work, drumming is very thrashy. A lot of fast, heavy riffing, solos, etc. My vocals on the album are upper-register ... I guess you could say 'classic' metal vocals.

"For those of you who have maybe heard the name SEVERED HAND mentioned here or there either as opening for some of your favorite bands or just the fact that Sebastian Bach's son is our drummer, we hope you check out our first album and let us know what you think! You can currently purchase it at any of our gigs, or contact any of the members online at www.severedhand.com. Also a few local NJ stores such as Jack's Music Shoppe in Red Bank are carrying it so it's accessible one way or the other.

"Anyway, I hope you guys enjoy the album. It's our first full effort and I think it came out decent. Blast it loud and bang your fucking head!"

SEVERED HAND will be opening for SEBASTIAN BACH this Friday, November 11 at the Stone Pony in Asbury Park, NJ. The band will also be supporting SEVEN WITCHES on Friday, November at Dingbatz in Clifton, NJ.
